PulseFlow provides educational market content and access to TradingView indicators. The material is informational and does not constitute personalized investment advice, portfolio management, a recommendation or a promise of performance.

Intellectual property

The PulseFlow brand, original texts, designs and proprietary indicator code are protected. Third-party trademarks and platforms belong to their respective owners. TradingView is an independent platform and does not endorse PulseFlow.

Liability and external links

Market data and educational tools may contain delays, interruptions or errors. Users remain responsible for their trading decisions and risk management. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Data controller

The controller will be the legal owner identified in the Legal Notice. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published before registration is enabled.

Data collected

Account email, authentication data managed securely by the authentication provider, TradingView username, selected plan and indicators, access status, support communications and, once payments are enabled, the billing records required by law. PulseFlow will not store full card details.

Purposes and legal bases

• Create and operate the account and provide the requested service: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Meet tax, accounting, consumer and security duties: legal obligation and legitimate interests where applicable.
• Send optional marketing only with separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Supabase is planned for authentication and account data, Stripe for payment processing, and TradingView for indicator access. Their final regions, contractual safeguards and international-transfer mechanisms will be documented before launch.

Retention

Account data will be kept while the account is active and afterwards only for the periods necessary to meet legal obligations or address claims. Optional marketing data will be kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Identity verification may be requested when necessary.

Cookie and local-storage policy

The current website uses only technical storage required to remember the language chosen by the visitor. When accounts are enabled, authentication storage strictly necessary to keep a secure session will also be used. No advertising or behavioral-analysis cookies are currently active.

Consent rule

If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are added, they will remain blocked until the visitor can accept or reject them with equally visible controls. This policy and a preference control will be updated before activation.

Browser controls

You can delete local data or cookies from your browser settings. Removing essential session data may sign you out or reset your language preference.

Plans

Observer is free after registration. Operator provides access to two selected premium indicators for 9 euros per month. Pro provides access to all premium indicators for 19 euros per month. The final checkout will show the total price, applicable taxes, billing frequency and renewal terms before payment.

TradingView access

Access is granted manually to the TradingView username supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing the correct username and maintaining a compatible TradingView account. Access may take a reasonable processing period that will be stated before purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove statutory rights. A customer-area control will allow cancellation and, whenever legally applicable, online exercise of the right of withdrawal before payments are opened.

Withdrawal

Consumers retain the withdrawal rights provided by applicable law. Before immediate digital access begins, the checkout will collect any express request or acknowledgement required by law. The exact procedure and model form will be completed before sales launch.

Acceptable use

Access is personal and non-transferable. Republishing, reselling, sharing or attempting to extract protected indicator code is prohibited. Suspension will be proportionate and will not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Indicators are educational analysis tools, not investment advice or automatic trading signals. Trading can result in partial or total loss. Past behavior does not guarantee future results.
